a) Hair restoration :

Up to 2000-2500 grafts in one day, from 4000 to 4500 grafts in 2 or 3 days (Mega Hair session)
Or up to 3000 grafts in one session, with a second surgery one year later if the density is high enough in the donor area.

N.B. With both FUE and FUT techniques, the scars will be equally undetectable.

Grafts extraction : FUE technique (motorized or manual punch) and also strip technique (FUT)

Celebrity FUE hair transplant : it allows the patient to keep long hair during the procedure. Ideal for patients who need a small amount of follicular units (about 1000-1500 grafts per session), ideal for treating receding hairline, lowering the first frontal lines, redensifying hair volume and crowns.

FUE using beard or chest hair (BHT) : it is the only way to obtain healthy follicles when the patient's donor area is partially or totally depleted.

Implantation of grafts: two methods:

Incisions (0.8 to 1 mm) in the area to be restored, with a micro sapphire blade (FUE Sapphire), which causes less damage to the scalp and allows a greater density of hair. The grafts are then placed into the incisions with micro forceps.
DHI technique, each graft is placed directly with an Implanter.

b) Lowering the front hairline :

This operation consists of moving the first hairline forward a few centimetres (normally between 1 and 2 cm).
It is indicated for men and especially for women whose forehead measures more than 6-7cm between the eyebrows and the first hairline (the three-thirds rule of aesthetics).
