HAIR TRANSPLANTS (FUE)
We have 3 operating theaters in our Marseille clinic
Up to 4000 grafts per session (incisions) or 3000 grafts (DHI)
The surgery is performed under local anesthesia (micro needles, or optional Dermojet), the patient does not feel any pain after anesthesia.
We systematically include PRP in our protocols in order to optimize results.
Harvesting of grafts:
Using motorized micro punches (hybrid), diameter 0.7 to 1.2 mm, and removal with micro pliers.
Each follicular unit is harvested individually, along with the stem cells that are found in the follicular sheath
Specific preservation liquids: Hypothermosol, ATP Liposomal.
Implantation of grafts:
Hair implantation is done with implanter pen (so-called DHI method), or by micro slits and placement with micro clamp.
The hair is implanted in the areas to be restored.
AFRO HAIR :
We use larger diameter punches to limit transections and adapt more easily to the curvature of the hair.
It is difficult to implant Afro hair using the DHI technique, which is why we only practice with the Micro Slits sapphire blade.
BEARD TRANSPLANT:
For patients willing to densify their beard, or fill in holes
Use of most suitable tools (sapphire blade, CHOI implanter for DHI)
EYEBROWS TRANSPLANT : 200 to 600 grafts, with Choi implanter (DHI method)
