Additional Hair Loss Treatments
If hair loss is not severe, treatments such as PRP and mesotherapy are applied. To determine which treatments to apply, the patient's results for various factors, such as vitamin D and thyroid levels, are examined.

HAIR TRANSPLANTATION : FUE and Direct Hair Implantation (DHI)
During hair transplant surgery, a doctor specializing in hair restoration surgery actively participates in the hair transplant procedure, along with our nurses.
Preparation:
Planning of hair transplant, blood tests, dermatological analysis of the scalp (dermoscopy).
Complete shaving of the head, anesthesia
Graft extraction with motorized micro punch
Implantation:
Drawing of the front line (hairline)
The recipient sites are prepared by opening slits (incisions) in the scalp (with the natural angle and direction of the hair growth)
The follicles are then inserted into these slits.
Differences in the DHI Technique
In the DHI technique, graft extraction is the same as in FUE. The main differences are in the implantation stage:
No Prior Incisions: Channels (slits) are not opened in the recipient area beforehand.
Special Pen is Used: Hair follicles are directly implanted using a special tool called the "Choi Implanter Pen".
Single-Step Process: The channel creation and follicle insertion are performed at the same time, in a single motion.
Ideal number of grafts:
Neither too much nor too little, with the right density to give a natural appearance
If the donor area is limited, priority is given to implantation on the front line, and on the crown.
At DK Klinik, we avoid transplanting more than 4.000 grafts in one session, and if more grafts are needed, then we discuss with the patient
The budget of the patient should be in proportion to the ideal number of grafts, otherwise the result will not be satisfactory
